To qualify as a Empath LIFE participant you must be:
- Age 55 or older
- Certified by the state of Florida to need nursing home level of care
- A resident of Hillsborough County, excluding zip codes: 33547, 33567, 33598
- Able to live safely in the community
- Be able to continue to live at home without jeopardizing health or safety
Sometimes these requirements might seem confusing but we are happy to discuss enrollment and eligibility criteria with you personally.
